What messaging platforms do you provide Winning Responses for?

As long as you’re able to screenshot your conversations and send them to our experts, we are able to provide responses for just about any platform. This includes: dating apps (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.), dating sites (OK Cupid, Match, etc.), messaging apps (WhatsApp, iPhone Messages, etc.), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Do you provide conversation openers as well as responses?

We only provide responses for conversations that are already ongoing. We do not initiate conversations. A conversation opener can be as simple as “Hello” or “How’s your day?” Once the other person responds, we can now begin providing winning responses to continue the conversation and deepen the connection.

Do you provide 24-hour service or do you have “operational” hours?

We are currently not operational 24-hours a day, but we may expand our hours in the future. Currently, our hours are 7am-10pm PST. All expert responses will be given within this timeframe and any screenshots sent during off hours will be responded to the following morning.

Is this service only for a specific region/country or is it international?

We are able to provide responses for international clients within the operational hours of 7am-10pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). We do encourage international clients to take advantage of our services with the understanding that responses will only be given within our operational hours. 

Do you provide responses for non-English speakers?

At this time, our experts are only equipped to receive and provide responses in English. However, you are free to translate them into another language on your own.

Am I obligated to use the responses provided to me in my conversations with potential dates? If I don’t use them, do unused responses count towards my monthly limit?

After determining your specific objectives and conversational style, our experts provide responses that are tried and tested. If you choose not to use an expert response, we will provide an alternative. However, each response that we provide will count towards your monthly limit, whether it you elect to use it in your conversation or not.

Do you provide extra responses “à la carte”?

For those that need a few more responses to get over the hump, we do provide bundles of 10 additional responses for $10. If you find yourself consistently needing additional responses, we highly recommend upgrading to our Premium membership.

Can I upgrade from a basic to a Premium membership before the end of my billing cycle?

Yes, you can upgrade to a Premium membership before the end of your billing cycle. We will send you an updated invoice that is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your account will automatically renew as a Premium membership thereafter.

If I do not use all of my responses for the month, do the unused responses rollover?

No, unused responses do not roll over from month to month.

Do you offer any kind of one-on-one consultation service?

Please email us with a specific inquiry to determine if we are able to offer you a consultation.

If I’m unable to take screenshots, am I still able to use your services?

We require screenshots of your conversations to offer our Winning Responses. We operate in “real-time” experience by viewing your conversation via a screenshot. This also protects us by ensuring you are using the Winning Responses we provide.

Do you keep records of my conversations?

Unless you request otherwise, we do keep a monthly record of your conversation. This helps us track conversation details on your behalf. At the end of each month, all conversations will be automatically deleted.

Do you guarantee results?

We DO NOT guarantee results. However, we are supremely confident that our experts will put you into the best position to bring your connection out of the screen and into the real world. 

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. If you wish to discontinue our services, your monthly membership is valid until the end of the month. You must cancel 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
